Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation All appointments are subject to approval and will be confirmed via email or text once reviewed. EmbraceablyME operates from a private home studio; the exact address and arrival instructions will be provided upon confirmation. Arrival Guidelines Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to allow for proper transition between clients. Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next scheduled client, with the full service fee still applying. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations: If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount. Fees will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before rebooking. Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Your health and the safety of all clients is our top priority.
