4. Booking and Payments

Booking & Cancellation Policy

At EmbraceablyME Massage, we respect your time and ours. The following policies apply to all bookings:
 

1. Booking

Appointments may be made online or by contacting us directly. A valid payment method may be required to hold your reservation.
 

2. Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

• Failure to appear for an appointment (“no-show”) will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
   

3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Full service fees will still apply.
 

4. Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears under the influence, engages in inappropriate conduct, or presents a health condition that may contraindicate massage therapy.
 

Medical Disclaimer

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with a physician regarding any medical conditions.

• Massage therapists at EmbraceablyME Massage do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.

• Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before the session.

• By booking services, you acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical touch and may carry certain risks. You voluntarily assume responsibility for any outcomes.
